Coconut Crisp Brownie


Brownie Method
  • Add mix and 1/2 hot water. 
  • Mix on low speed for 1-minute. 
  • Scrape, add the other 1/2 of water.
  • Mix 1-minute low speed. 
  • Deposit to a half sheet tray with extension. 
  • Bake 325°F for 28-30 minutes.

Coconut Crisp Method
  • Melt Carat Coverlux to120°F. Add oil, then add coconut. 
  • Dip/enrobe/glaze frozen brownie.
