Tegral Satin Supreme Dark Chocolate Crème Cake 1000g
Liquid Whole Eggs 350g
Oil 300g
Water 225g
Classic Orange 30g
Carat Dark Semisweet Chips 4M 300g

Process
  • Mix the eggs with Tegral Satin Supreme Dark Chocolate Crème Cake for 1 minute on low speed with paddle attachment.
  • Scrape the bowl.
  • Mix for 3 minutes on medium speed.
  • Add oil, water and Classic Orange; mix for 1 minute on low speed.
  • Scrape and mix again for 3 minutes on low speed.
  • Add Carat 4M Chips at the end.

Assembly
  • Pour 280g of batter into baking molds. 
  • Bake in a deck oven at 365°F for approximately 35 minutes. 
  • Once completely cooled, coat with Carat Decorcrem Dark SH.
