Chia Parmesan Chocolate Chips

Belcolade Blanc Selection 28% 1000g
Parmesan Cheese 150g
Chia Seeds 50g

Instructions

Method
  • Bake finely grated parmesan cheese in oven 350°F until dry and golden brown. 
  • Keep dry after baking. Temper chocolate. 
  • Add the baked parmesan cheese and the roasted chia seeds. 
  • Form to desired shape.
