Chocolate Cake Method
  • Combine cake mix and 1st water. Mix low speed 1 minute, 2 minutes medium speed.
  • Add oil and water. mix 1 minute on low speed, scrape mix 2 minutes medium speed.
  • Add water, mix 1 minute on low speed, scrape, 1 one minute low speed.
  • Deposit to desired shape sprinkle nuts and add Vivafil. 
  • Bake at 350°F.

Fruit Filling Method
  • Pipe 10g Vivafil on the cake batter. 
  • Bake +- 15minutes on 350°F.

Coating Method
  • Heat everything together around 113°F. 
  • Dip the cake halfway in the coating. 
  • Place on a grill to remove the remaining coating. 
  • Place on a plate to finish.

Chantilly Method
  • Heat the cream and pour on the chocolate. 
  • Blend until a smooth texture. 
  • Let cool down until 39°F.
