Method

Mix the dry ingredients together until combined.
Mix butter into dry until it breaks down into small mealy pieces. Add cold liquids and mix until just combined.
Sheet down to 4mm and cut out 6inch circles.
Place inside tart pans, fill with Topfil Origins Coastal Berries.
Brush with Sunset Glaze and bake at 400° until golden.
