Chocolate Rectangles Method
  • Temper the chocolate and mix with the fruit powder. 
  • Make fruity chocolate rectangles with guitar sheets, a rolling pin and, a pizza cutter. 
  • Leave to crystalize.

Pistachio Filling Method
  • Temper the Belcolade Blanc Intense and mix with the Praline Pistachio. 
  • Pipe the filling between 2 layer of fruity chocolate and leave to set.
