Belcolade Origins Vietnam 45, a milk chocolate with 45% cocoa, is made with Trinitario cocoa that is grown in Vietnam's Mekong Delta. This chocolate has a subtle combination of flavors including toffee, coffee, and cooked milk as well as acid cocoa.
Belcolade Origins Papua New Guinea Cacao-Trace 73%
This chocolate is sourced exclusively from Papua New Guinea. It features roasted flavors of coffee and hazelnut with notes of both fresh and dried fruit and underlying hints of black pepper and honey. It has a 73% cocoa content and is the result of our Cacao-Trace sustainable cocoa program.
