S-500 Blue Acti-Plus is an all-purpose bread conditioner with applications for a variety of bakery items to improve dough tolerance and volume. Such applications are baguettes, bagels, grain breads, hamburger buns, loaf breads, ciabatta, rye bread and toast bread.
A premium quality all-purpose improver formulated to provide optimum tolerance and volume for automated processes. Can be used to make a variety of soft and crusty baked goods.
Usage rate: 0.5 – 1.0% on flour weight.
Wheat flour, diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides, Contains 2% or less of the following: ascorbic acid, enzymes, soybean oil, azodicarbonamide (ADA), potassium iodate, l-cysteine.
