Choco Flan

| Classic Mocha | 170 g | 6 oz. |

| Tegral Whole Grain Cake N Muffin 2268 80 | ||
| Whole eggs | 794 g | 28 oz. |
| Water | 680 g | 24 oz. |
| Oil | 680 g | 24 oz. |

Method
Melt sugar (3oz) in cake pan at 400°F for 10 minutes until sugar is brown, cool.
Mix eggs and condensed milk until disolved. Add whole milk, evaporated milk,
and Classic Mocha. Pour the liquid mix into the cake pan over the melted sugar.
Tegral Whole Grain Chocolate Cake N Muffin:
Mix whole eggs and Tegral Whole Grain Chocolate
Cake N Muffin for 1 minute on low, and 3 minutes on medium, add water and oil and\
mix for 1 minute on low. Scrape and mix for 3 minutes on medium speed.
Final Step: Add 1 lb of cake mix to the liquid mix in the cake pan, bake it in water bath at
300°F in a rack oven for 1.5 hour.
