Turtle Bites with Chocolanté

All ingredients

Deli Caramel 1 lb.
Pecan Halves 1 lb.
Chocolanté 50% (65V) 1 lb.
Chocolanté Milk (65V) For deco

Recipe

Method & Technique:

 

Place pecan halves in threes close together on parchment paper and pipe deli Caramel onto pecan halves.  Temper Chocolanté 50%, and then cover caramel.  Drizzle chocolate shell with tempered milk chocolate.
