Smore’s Bark with Chocolanté

All ingredients
| Chocolanté 50% (125V) | 4 lbs. |
| Mini Marshmallows | 1 lb. |
| Graham cracker crumble | 1 lb. |

Method & Technique:
Pour tempered Chocolanté 50% onto sheet tray and spread evenly throughout the sheet tray. Quickly toss mini marshmallows on top of chocolate and spread chocolate to coat marshmallows. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over chocolate covered marshmallows. Set in cool place for 1 hour. Brake bark into irregular shapes and sizes.
