S500
Our flagship improver, the S500, is the reference for all kinds of bakery products worldwide. It is the result of combining our dynamic application experience with the manufacturing of our own key ingredients like enzymes and emulsifiers.
Puratos' patent enzyme technology, the new S500, can be used in more processes such as retarded fermentation and short freezing process. This new technology results in additional dough tolerance and security for the baker during the many different stages of the bread making process. By leveling out the quality that may differ due to the cause of flour quality variations, the new S500 benefits the baker by having consistent high quality products.

Intens
INTENS modular improvers optimize individual characteristics of the dough or the final bread and can be added on top an existing recipe to intensify a special functionality. Soft'r Intens, Kimo Intens, and Intens for other functionalities are the three product lines that fall under the INTENS range.
Soft'r Intens are modulars for modifying texture that have unique functionalities such as short bite, easy slice-ability, resilience, moisture, freshness and ideal melting sensation.
Kimo Intens are more for frozen application modulars. They concentrate more on the freeze tolerance of a product, yeast survival, crust color and the FTO.
Modular for other functionalities for Intens is being able to have the tolerance, strength and extensibility to adapt to different products. Intens also offers the functions of being a gluten replacement, anti-blistering, and Intens microwave.
Intens solutions perform better than single ingredient and are easy to implement solutions for larger accounts.
