On Thursday March 13th in Anaheim, CA the Healthy Baking seminar was held as part of the Natural Products Expo-West. Puratos, your reliable partner in innovation, co-sponsored this event along with other key industry leaders.

Over 150 R&D, Sales, and Marketing personnel leaders took part in this day long event to learn about the latest trends and innovations for healthy baking.  

Puratos featured a variety of ingredient products that help any bakery to be more responsive to the growing customer demand for cleaner labels and healthy options.  Puravita, for example, is a new line of bread bases that provide the ability to make wholegrain, Omega-3, or folic acid enriched breads.  In addition many attendees where overwhelmed by the incredible taste of the wholegrain sweet goods.  Finally, many were delighted to experience Sapore, a complete line of bio-fermented, clean label, bread flavors.  This included our new product, Nabucco, a powder sourdough that allows for a 25% reduction in salt without compromising taste.
