PatisFrance held a Night of Seduction in Atlantic City, New Jersey on October 28th featuring their line of fine French patisserie. Puratos O'tentic line as well as their Great Taste & Wellness products were also featured throughout the night.

One of the showcased items of the evening was the Tres Leches; this product has proved popular due to the growing Hispanic demographic.  Puratos made sure to recognize their own European roots when their Business Development Manager, Francois Mellet demoed a traditional European cake, Delice Chocolate Praline using Belcolade chocolate. Belcolade chocolate is a first class Belgian chocolate made with 100% cocoa.   The evening also drew attention to Puratos Sweet 16 line by showcasing its "gourmet togo" concept.  To further demonstrate Sweet 16 and PatisFrance all guests received a recipe collection using the Sweet 16 product line.  Another highlight of the evening was MOF Stephane Treand, who captured the audience by creating a stunning display of flowers and butterflies out of Patisomalt, a PatisFrance isomalt sugar.

Puratos Great Taste and Wellness and O'tentic lines were all featured at this Night of Seduction. O'tentic is a unique bakery component which enables bakeries to produce bread reminiscent of artisan tradition and taste.  It offers bakeries the flexibility to develop and create a new range of superior quality breads.
Puratos also offered samples of whole grain cookies, danishes and muffins from the Great Taste and Wellness product line.  These products have health benefits while keeping great taste.
