Sourdough Seminar

Puratos will be hosting a Sourdough Seminar which starts on March 6th with a cocktail hour and dinner. On March 7th the bakery flavor seminar will be 8 am to 5 pm.

 Come and increase your knowledge about:

  • Sourdough microbiology and biodiversity
  • Different sourdoughs found across the globe
  • All aspects of industrial sourdough production

 We will also be holding tasting sessions so you can experience Sapore first-hand!

Prof. Luc De Vuyst, Vrij Universiteit Brussels (Belgium)

Noel Haegens (Sourdough Specialist)

Stephan Cappelle (Puratos Belgium)

Martin De Poorter and Christophe Dewilde (Puratos US)

Meals will be provided by Puratos
