Puratos Chocolate USA, Inc. (formerly known as Debelis Corporation) is the chocolate leg of Puratos Corporation USA with its manufacturing facility located in Kenosha, WI. The new company is responsible for sales of real and compound chocolates plus fillings produced in our Kenosha plant, as well as the sale of Belcolade, the Real Belgian Chocolate, across the USA.

With the grand opening of the Chocolate Innovation Center, we start our journey to bring to life our mission of "passionately delivering the best tasting chocolate".
The Innovation Center is one of several initiatives that have been launched that will all work in unison to ensure that we will always passionately deliver the best tasting chocolate, on time, in full and at a competitive price.
Today also marks the formal launch of Chocolanté. Chocolanté is the new name in real chocolate in the USA. Each and every recipe has been created based on the preferred taste profiles of the American consumer, and endorsed by key American opinion leaders.
Outstanding quality real chocolate is achieved using the worldwide knowledge and expertise in chocolate production from the Puratos Group. This means focusing on the best refining and conching techniques, in parallel with the selection of the finest raw materials.
This day also marks the start of the refreshment of Carat. Carat is the Puratos range of quality compound chocolate and cocoa & nut-based fillings, which are convenient to use, as they are great to eat. Using the finest ingredients, Carat products offer unlimited possibilities in a variety of formats, taking into account the needs of today's bakery, patisserie and chocolate professionals.
Today, Puratos Chocolate USA Inc. also renews its commitment and support to Belcolade. Belcolade is the only Belgian company manufacturing 'The Real Belgian Chocolate' and offers a full range of high quality couverture chocolate. Production is based on the tradition of true Belgian craftsmanship, which has resulted in Belcolade being a leader in the worldwide professional market for high quality chocolate. Belcolade believes that there will be more and more chocolate lovers around the world looking for more refined taste experiences and is dedicated to the careful exploration and selection of the finest cocoas from around the world, which each individually excel in specificity and uniqueness.
In addition to our state-of-the-art innovation center and consumer relevant range of Chocolanté, Carat and Belcolade products significant investments have been made in upgrading production processes, packaging material, quality control, sensory analysis and safety so as to ensure consistent and relevant high quality products in a safe and hygienic environment.
We are also delighted to announce that Frederic Duvauchelle has joined us as General Manager of Puratos Chocolate USA, Inc. Frederic has extensive experience within Puratos and the food industry, in general management, sales and R&D. We welcome him to the USA and all of you on our exciting chocolate journey.
