   For each of the four main frozen bread technologies - unfermented, pre-proofed frozen, par-baked and fully baked - there's a FROSTEC Solutions™ that addresses its inherent production challenges.   For unfermented bread products, FROSTEC Solutions™ can extend freezer shelf life for up to 12 months.   For pre-proofed frozen dough, extended freezer shelf life plus fast bake-off is now possible.   Par-baked frozen products can also have fast bake-off response, with no retarder or proofer needed.   FROSTEC Solutions™ gives fully baked frozen products the fast response and flexibility, with no skilled labor needed.    Each FROSTEC Solutions™ product is individually designed to ensure that the flavor, crumb and texture of each loaf of bread, no matter how long it's frozen, tastes "just-out-of-the-oven" fresh.
