Awareness of nutritional content in food is on the rise as consumers know it can have a major impact on their health and well-being. This is why at Puratos we are continuing to expand our Great Taste and Wellness range. Our newest development, Puraslim, improves the nutritional value of sandwich breads, rolls, and tortillas by lowering their level of fat, while mimicking the functions of traditional fat in breads, such as softness short bite, shelf life and taste.
