Our Nutricenter is a competence center with a threefold focus:
- Innovation: to help our customers use nutrition as a driver for innovation – by exploring and developing innovative food concepts with nutritional advantages. Our concepts are always validated in terms of performance (in our Industrial Patisserie and Bakery Competence Centers) and in terms of taste (Sensorial analysis and the Sensobus)
- Communication: to provide information resources on nutrition, combining the latest scientific and legal information with market intelligence information to determine trends in the market.
- Training & Research: this is the backbone of the Nutricenter, where we focus on creating internal synergies with other experts (protein, fat, aromas…) to investigate areas of development..
